My hen has a purple comb, an empty crop and inst eating or drink anything. There is also a very fowl liquid coming out of her vent. There was also something white that looked hard-ish coming out of her but. We're thinking an egg exploded in her but is it something else. This is my first major injury so any help would be appreciated since I have nothing to go off expect internet.
Thanks
Alex

The dark comb points to a pulmonary issue, such as tumors on heart and lungs and other organs. The foul smelling discharge from her vent sound like a bacterial infection. Sadly, the tumors, if they exist, can lower the immune system, causing infection to strike.

You could try an antibiotic, but there isn't a lot of hope that it could help.

The cause of tumors in chickens is a virus. It could be one of any number of viruses. To understand what is causing this, it would be wise to have a necropsy done if/when this hen dies.

Can you post any pictures of her and her vent? Did she pass the white object? It almost sounds like an egg membrane without the shell. I would try to get her drinking water and give some NutriDrench or electrolytes in the water.

How was was the white thing? Bright white or more of a yellowish or tannish white? I’m wondering if it’s lash egg material, which would indicate salpingitis.

Take it to the vet. They will probably know a lot of reasons why.
That is not always (actually rarely) a realistic option. There are few vets that will treat chickens, and often it's less expensive to put the poor bird out of its misery and buy another one.
