Help!!!! My chicken is SO sick!

Hi,

Recently, I had one of my three chickens get really sick. She is constantly looking at the ground, her red thing on her head is lopsided, and she has lost A LOT of weight. I barely see her eat food, just drink water...

the feathers around her butt.....are crusty from feces... but i dont think that may be a major problem since i see her.. "go" all the time... but i think im going to clean it up.. please help!

I'm not sure whats wrong. Could it be worms? Hopefully someone will chime in that will know more than me.

Please read this sticky, and repost with more info. Meanwhile a warm bath, warm bed and water with ACV in it can't ever hurt.
