Edit: she has passed away

1) What type of bird , age and weight (does the chicken seem or feel lighter or thinner than the others.)
Hello, my 2 year old chicken born in the summer of 2022 her name is Tara
She is a North Holland Blue ( according to the seller but when i google it she looks like some other american breeds as well ???)
She feels her normal weight not light actually kind of heavy
2) What is the behavior, exactly.
She is acting very lethargic and every time she tries to get up she will fall backwards and then have some kind of seizure where she stretches her legs and starts flapping and rolling like crazy. She will not eat or drink anymore and I have been trying to get her to at least drinks some water with a syringe and no needle
Her feathers look very nice and her eyes clear as normal, she is closing them all the time but if they are open they look as if nothing is wrong.

Backstory

A few days ago one of my oldest chickens died while she was dustbathing, She was ok in the morning and when i looked at her before noon she was laying dead in her little dustbathe hole..
She didn't seem sick or acted different neither did she have mites or any of that sort as far as i have checked her

Her best friend was Tara who now is sick and very letargic. She was already a bit more quiet after the death outside of calling for her what she also did when queen was still alive ( very sad.. ) but today she stopped moving at all even when i brought out her fav snacks ( mealworms , eggs and digged up some worms ) at some point she did want to come and jumped of her roost but then seemed disorientated as she did so and walked back into a corner her feet also seemed unstable.
I got very worried so i picked her up and put her in a cage on the other side of the yard with some food and water while i went online to find what could be wrong with her.

When i came to check on her the seizures started.
