help! my chicken wont walk!

Can anybody tell me whats wrong, our little bantam has been off her legs for over a week, i have treated her with antibiotic, and had a stronger wormer just incase she had crop worms as she has been gasping, i have to feed her and ensure she is drinking. i thought she would be long gone by now but she just seems to be happy(as she can be) to sit,if i try to stand her she just rolls over on to her side,. this is dissressing not only for her but for us too, me love her to bits but i just feel so helpless as i cant help her.
she is usualy the one who im chasing round the garden last thing as she wants to stay out a bit longer than the others! i know the out come doesnt look very good but id still like to know whats wrong,

She may have Marek's Disease which causes paralysis. There is no treatment for it unfortunately.
