HELP my chicken

I agree that it looks like fowl pox. It is spread by mosquitoes, and lasts around 3 weeks. It may spread through your flock over weeks or months. The scabs are contagious if disturbed or when they dry and fall off. Make sure that your chicken eats and drinks normally. Sometimes they can get a more serious infection with wet pox, that causes yellow patches inside the beak and throat. Here is a good article about pox:

I just wanted to mention that in your picture, the left eye looks peculiar. Is that just reflection in the pic or is the pupil irregular? Do both eyes look the same? Can you get a clearer picture?

I agree with everyone else, the scabs on the comb for now looks like mild case Fowl Pox. I would leave the scabs alone, let them dry up by themselves.
