Help my chickens beaks are falling off

That's so perfect, & not jagged. It's like they were de-beaked.

Did they arrive that way?

Luckily beaks grow constantly like fingernails on us do. I am hoping they grow back. Just watch to make sure they aren't having trouble eating.
