HELP .......my chickens look oven ready !!!!!!

Does anyone have any experience on feather peckers ? I have four hens who live a wonderful life happily free ranging at the end of my garden but they peck at their own and each others feathers. I have tried various sprays with no success, I'm at a loss as to what to do. Apart from being nearly naked the hens are healthy and very happy, laying an egg each everyday

Are they eating the feathers? If so, it's a sign they are not getting enough protein.
