Help!! my chickens really sick!!

When I went and saw my coop today one of my Rhode Island Reds was acting weird. She was wobbling when she walked and could only walk a few steps then lays down and stays there for a while. Then she began puking up flem and is still having trouble. She tried drinking water but then threw up minutes afterwards! what's wrong with her?

Has she been eating long strands of grass? Does she have grit to help digest food. It sounds like she possibly has sour/impacted crop. Many people treat is differently.
