Help! my chickens shoulder blades are sticking out!

I have 4 hens, 1 of which has he shoulder blades stuck out like they do when you stroke them. plaese help. Why is this, and is there a cure?

Could he be holding his wings out because he's hot? They quite often do that if the temperature is warm. Is he fine otherwise? Is he eating, drinking and pooping normal?

I was told that a hen standing in a penguin like stance was a first sign of egg Peritonitis so Pingu got Antibiotics and was fine.
Here is a pic of Pingu if it helps. Is yours standing like this?
