HELP! My chickens won't get out the rain!!

my chickens are so stupid! Its been raining all day long and its been under 40 all day! But my chickens are still on the roof of there house. And I just got my Roo's frostbite wattle well too. Are they like totally stupid are what? How do I fix them?

I had to lock mine in the barn so that they would stay in. Mine are all bantams and they love the rain.

They are being chickens. Mine hang out in the rain too...
