Help! My chicks are all dying!

I received a shipment of 34 bantams and rare breeds in March. Some died after we first got them. They were well until the last month. I am down to 15 chicks. I even put a fan on them thinking maybe they were too hot. I have one now that is lethargic and its eyes are all watery. What can I do ? They had electrolytes. I'm losing one every couple of days .

Are they eating and drinking? What kin of setup are they in, what do the poops look like?

They are in a small coop with a fan in it . They have plenty of food and water. They all seem to be eating and pooping. This is the first one that I've seen dying. Usually I just go in there and they are dead already. This one isn't moving very much and it's eyes are watery. Over watery. I can see its dying. I tried to give it water and it took a small amount of water but then fell over.
