Help my chook grow feathers!

One of my hens is missing the vanes on her wing feathers. The other hens do peck her but its not as bad as that. Her tail and wings have shafts but not vanes (the feathery part). What should I do? And how do i deter the others from pecking her? she also has bald pink patches on her wings. i thought it could be the moult but does the moult last for over six months??

If the vanes are getting really frayed and falling off it could be a mite problem.

How old is she? Did she ever have normal feathers or has it been this way since birth? If so did you breed her or buy her? Where her parents frizzled? Sounds like it could also be the frazzle deformation.

The vanes aren't frayed or falling off, they are just not there at all. shes definitely not a frizzle breed. yes we bought her at about a week old and she used to have normal feathers until about 7 months ago.
