Help my chook

[Baby bear]

Hi. My hen got bitten by a goanna today, there is a large area of exposed flesh, what can we do to help her. We are unable to get her to the vet.

Treat it like any first aid, wash the area, Apply a disinfectant and topical antibiotic cream. You may need to separate her and possible get oral antibiotics but hopefully it's not that deep.
