Today he has been eating alot all day foraging drinking he washed himself quacking and running around he is almost like normal

Wow Maybe constipated then? Did you do anything different food wise, meds to help him?

He hasnt touched his normal food yet only (alot of) grass flies and the yummy dried mealworms.
I have gotten meds for nausea from the vet he has used that for 2-3 days now

Once I got that hard like plug out of my little Call Duck with Pasty Butt it got a lot better too. I am glad yours seems better now too.
