Hey! I have 10 ducks in my flock. Two khakis, three cayugas, one pekin, one silver swedish, one black swedish, one fawn & white indian runner, and one magpie. On april 28, three ducklings will arrive in the mail from metzer! They will be one buff, one blue swedish, and one silver appleyard ! I am so excited for them to arrive! One of my khakis has gone broody, I am going to let her hatch one of the babies ( i have that egg marked, and have been taking the others away that the other girls lay in her Enormous nest). I am very I guess you could say "uneducated" about ducks hatching their own eggs and being broody. But, I read an article about it on here, and figured I should join the website to learn even more before she hatches her baby!
