Help! My duckling can't hold head up.

My duckling can't hold it's head up off the ground for long. Poor little thing looks like he/she is broken. He can walk(sorta), eat and drink still but tires out easily and lays down with his little head either on the ground or propped up on a sibling or something. Oh and his legs are little shaky.

What we need is a video or good pictures. How old is your duckling? how long has it been like this ? What are you feeding?
