HELP my duckling just hatched belly bleeding

My ancona duckling hatched 5 hours ago and her belly had a doughnut shaped thing with blood coming out where she absorbed her yolk it has stopped bleeding but now it seems open and has not fully closed yet

It sounds like her navel is having trouble closing. Leave your duckling in the incubator until it is dry and fluffy. If all goes well, the navel will dry and close up during that time period. If not, put some antibiotic ointment on it (nothing that contains "caine" ingredients, as those are bad for birds), keep the duckling separated from any other birds that might pick on it, and hope for the best. Make sure the duckling is warm and dry, and encourage it to eat and drink.
