Help! My duck's neck is twisted

My duck has always had a crooked neck, and that's why I take care of her bc she's a little special needs. But when she came on the porch to eat tonight, she was fine and then it's like her neck got really twisted and she couldn't lift it, and her head is cocked sideways. Really scary - anyone know what could be wrong with her?

Sounds like Wry neck maybe. Its hereditary. If you search 'duck wry neck' it should help. Best of luck for you and your duck!

My chicken has wry neck its been interesting. I have given her selenium an vitamin E in scrambled eggs (hers) selenium helps absorb the vitamins its a long process twice a day I have also given her vitamin B12 an magnesium all crushed in her eggs... she is a special hen (handicapped) hope your duck gets better .. just stick with it

I also had some left over antibiotics/penicillin i drizzled over her food. I figure at this point i have nothing to lose.. its a good 1-2 months of this keep us posted
