Help! My girl is twiching

Hi. Can anyone help me? My girl Pekin is about 7 months old and is twitching her wings and opening her mouth. She is still laying eggs. My partner hasn't noticed this behaviour previously (I arrived back home last night after a week). Can anyone tell me what is happening? Some websites say partial seizure, others say blood in quills. It's still winter here in Queensland so not heat stress. Thanks!

How hot is it there? And does she puff up her winds when she does it?

It was about 22oC this morning (even though it is technically winter). They have a large pool to swim in. She just wouldn't get in or go near the other ducks
