It was about 22oC this morning (even though it is technically winter). They have a large pool to swim in. She just wouldn't get in or go near the other ducks

I am not sure what is going on there. It looks like a spasm of some kind. @Isaac 0 may be able to recognize what is going there and what are possible causes.

I read so many things on google from partial seizure to just being broody. Hence why I am so worried

Completely understandable. It doesn't look like a broody hen to me. @Miss Lydia may also have an idea as to what is going on.
