Help! My gosling injured her eye

Please advise. My 4 week old gosling ran into chicken wire with her head and a wire got her eye. She is laying oddly and rubbing her head on her back periodically. What do we do?

She is making noises a bit now. But I can't get her to drink or eat. She tried to move a bit but it didn't work well for her. It's almost like eye neck.

Was she running when she hit the fence and can you lay her neck out straight? I’d take some warm salty water and rinse her eye out unless the eye ball was impaled? 1/8 tea of salt in a cup of warm water.
