Help! My hen has lost all her feathers

My 2 year old hen has lost all of her tail feathers and most of her wing feathers. The rest seem to be falling off every time she shakes. She is bald on her vent and tail area. We put mite dust on her, but just noticed she is walking like she is drunk. Any ideas???

Sounds like she is molting, if so its normal and your bird will soon enough get new feathers and look great (14-16 weeks)

Umm, 4-6 weeks, not 14-16.

I've never seen a chicken molt this severely. In 2 days she looks plucked. Is this possible?
