Help! My hen has something on her nose

This my bantam hen, she is still pretty young (abt 5 months) and i recently noticed she had a bump on nose/beak and it’s only getting bigger and it bleeds from time to time I’m not sure what it is or how to help her

How long has the scab been there? Have you seen any other ones on her head or comb, or on any other chickens? At first Inthought it might be fowl pox which looks like that. But since she keeps it bleeding, I think it is an injury from sticking her beak through chickens wire or other fencing. Sharp feeders can also be a potential object. Feel around where she hangs out, make sure that she is not being chased around, and I would put some Betadine or antibiotic ointment on the scab.
