Hi everyone. I noticed yesterday that my bantam with chicks has a swollen face and pretty red. They have slight nose discharge and a bit of sneezing. I did some research and not quite sure if it’s Infectious coryza or something else. I really need help on what I can get to fix this and if I can get medication online or in a drugstore!! Please help.

Can you look inside her beak, are there any lesions or yellow pasty material?
Does she have a bad odor?

Knowing is there's lesions or a bad odor can help us determine what, if any medications may be the most beneficial.

You had another bird with an eye issue last month, did that resolve? Were you able to get some ointment as suggested? If so, what did you use?

My mom said her mouth smelled bad. I will check tomorrow lesions. As for the other chicken it resolved itself. I put ointment on her eye twice and it was gone a few days after.
