HELP! My hen is missing!

I caught mine with a fishing net. She was wild crazy and we cornered her and netted her. Poor girl. Is she eating and drinking ? I would leave her food and water where she is not scred to get at it.

So now we have had Annabelle- aka lost hen- back since Saturday and she still hasn't laid any eggs. She used to lay an egg almost every day. Is there anything I can do?

Everything you can think of to help her feel settled and comfortable and supplement her with cat food or high protein dog food and make sure she has oyster shell.

I hope she settles in. She has always been so neurotic and nervous since I got her. She always looks so freaked out. Its like she never relaxes.

Make sure you keep her caged inside the coop for several weeks to really imprint on her where home is before you let her out again. If it was my hen, I think her roaming days would be over and I would just build her a very nice run and make sure she had treats and companionship.
