Help my hens won't lay not sure why!?!?

Hello all. Last year I got 2 bourbon red poults. I got a tom in the winter. The lady I got the poults from kept 7 and one tom. Hers have been laying fertile eggs regularly for a few months. I have my 3 turkeys in with my 14 chickens. Any clue to why my hens wouldn't be laying yet??? Thanks!

Do they free range at all? How old are they?

They did free range for a while but were all over the barn and didn't stay where I wanted them too lol. They are close to 10 months maybe a year I'm not exactly sure. This is probably 2 month old picture.

Give them Fertyvit , 5'days, they will lay eggs for 3 months from fertivit vitamins you can control laying too
