Help!! My janoel 48's turning mechanism isn't working!!

Hi all, I've just spent about £60 on eggs from online and my janoel 48 egg incubator isn't turning. It turned once since I switched it on but hasn't moved since. I have checked the wire connecting the turner to the incubator and that's connected properly- am I doing anything wrong or is the turning mechanism faulty??

turner only moves every 2 hrs ,if a janoel is has a timer display on left ,very hard to see movement thru viewing windows

I know, there's a timer counting down every 2 hours but the thing is even after 2 hours, they haven't changed position

mine started to turn at 1:59 finished on 2:00 - went left ,rite,then back to left- so if i didn't watched it as it moved it appeared not to move .

after 3 failed hatches, i discovered mine didn't go completely to 45 degrees, so i junked it ,saved up &bought a r com

best i got from it was left turner out ,manually turned eggs

Yeah, the eggs have only been in for 1 day, so I might just take the turner out and manually turn the eggs thanks
