Help my last Coco Maran chick is in trouble!!!

All of my oter Coco maran chicks died.. I have just one left and now it's legs are positioned where one is out behind and the other is in front, and it is going around in circles. It is still on its feet for now but i don't know for how much longer. The chick is only three days old. Its head will lean in one direction and then it slowly turns that way. Is it wry neck? I have no idea what to do or this chick and I would love to save it... Any sugestions would be greatly appreciated... Thanks

It could be - here's some instructions from another poster - it won't hurt and may help so it's worth the try! :

get some poly-vi-sol drops( with out iron) ...you can find them with the prenatal/baby vitamins at wal-mart...give him a couple drops by mouth a few times a day and put a few drops in his water also.Wry neck is a vitamin deficincy...it is hard to fix and not all will make it but if he responds you will see a difference in just a couple days...do the drops by mouth for a week and keep in water for a bit longer and watch close for relapse
