Help! My leghorns are suddenly starting to pick on one our Silkies.

Thanks for welcoming and getting back with me. The coop is 32 square foot and the run is probably about the same. We have 2 that are three years old and 4 (leghorns) that are a year and then the 2 Silkies that are about 3 years old. We introduced the leghorns gradually like we were supposed to last spring and they have gotten along so well until about 3 weeks ago.

The run should be tripled in size and have lots of things in it to do, especially a good substrate to scratch around in and things to hide behind and perch on.
