First post ever Appreciate if anyone could kindly help identify what breed my new chicken is or it's it' a male or female. Currently named Henny Penny by little miss.

It's a very pretty Frizzle and looks to be a boy!

oh dear.. was hoping i wasn' going to have to rename her- him to Henry. I guess he'l start crowing in 3 months or so and I'll know for sure.

Happened to me too! Margaret became Cody. The crowing is a dead giveaway and time always tells!
