Help My Marans!!!!!

My BCM is 3 months old and she just started limping/walking weirdly today! She can walk.... but when she does she looks like a 4 year old trying to walk in heels.... all wobbly and her feet cross paths

She was fine yesterday. What should i do? First time chicken owner!!!!

I really can't help much. I would suggest that you need to isolate her from the others. They could kill her and she is defenseless to get away.

Could it be bumblefoot? Check her for visible signs of injury. Look at the bottoms of the feet, if there is a dark spot its bumblefoot. There are excellent threads to fix it!

ive had some similar problems... we use corrid (bought from tractor supply in our area) .. my husband puts about a 1/8 tsp to a quart(small waterer).. and yes isolate her from the rest-we usually put the sick ones in a tote or something small-- and clean and scrub area where all others are at

Is she moulting? My Hen is walking funny and we finally figured out that it's because she's in a heavy moult. She's walking like she's drunk.

no not molting and the others act as if she's invisible...
She is one of the big ones..... do you think she's overweight? That's why she walks funny?? She's a heavy eater and i've heard marans have a tendency to become overweight

Possibility of molded feed hidden somewhere? I had a roo that found some in the cracks, and he walked around like he was drunk for a awhile. It went away after awhile. I can't remember how long it took tho.

About the only thing I can think of.
