Help My Naked Neck Hen Has a Bumb on Her Neck

I Was Walking Outside Earlier and I Saw On Of Our Naked Neck-Turken Hens That She Has a Huge Bumb On Her Neck and She Had Foam Coming Out Of Her Mouth and Eyes What Could It Be At Least The Foam Stopped. Im Scared That Maybe a Poisonous Animal Could've Bit Her Cause She Has a Big Bumb On Her Neck and Like I Said She Was Spitting Out Foam From Her Eyes and Mouth Here's a Picture Of Her Bumb

What Could it Be?? What Should I Do Cause As You Can See On The Picture Her Bumb Is Big

Well That Was a Close One My Hen Is Outside Sleeping Like Nothing Happened I Went Out and When I Returned Her Neck Was Normal That Garlic Did The Trick My Dad Gave Her Some and She Got Better
