Help my newborn quails stopped moving

They just hatched and a few hours later they stopped moving

O no!! It might be too warm? What have you tried so far?

so I did a quick search and came up with 95 degrees for the actual hatch, starting the last 3 days of incubation. Humidity up at 60 to 75 percent, but watch that because a wet chick will elevate it until they are dry and it drops again...I am not an expert as I have only hatched one batch of quail so far and have my second incubating now.

Are they sleeping?..All new hatchlings sleep lots. Hatching is hard work.
