Help, my pekin thinks she is a dog.... seriously

So,I had a pair of pekins, but my male was killed and my female was injured. She is terrified to go outside. So. We have gone to diapers and indoor duck for now. However we have dogs, and she wants to eat dig food, not duck food, and begs... i am afraid she will choke on the dog food.
