Help, my polish hen has a big problem

Please help- not sure what this is- pic attached- but out of our polish hen is this...red thing...that moves when she breathes...looks like a hernia??

That looks like something similar my hen had. Prolasp uteris...does it look like the egg coming out of her uteris? Isolate her don't let her pick at it or she could bleed out...rub some vegetable oil/mineral oil on it and try to massage the egg out/there should be a little opening in the it and thats where the egg is going to have to come out.

Thank you for the reply. Exactly...how? Does the red part have the egg in it?
Is this normal...will it continue to happen...can she die from it?

well can you touch it with your finger and feel if the egg is in there? I have had a hen die from prolaspe? This may as well not be it too. It may be just her uteris hagin out. (which is fatal as well) give her some antibiotics, if none on hand do the sugar in water.
