Help! My rat abandoned her 1 1/2 week old pups!!

I was on a trip over the weekend and I have 11 One and a half week old rat pups and a gave instructions to my sister to feed, and water the adults and make sure none of the babies got buried.I came home and my sister had forgotten to feed them. The babies haven't grown at all, they had no milk band They're ribs are very visible, and the mother has paid no attention to them whatsoever. After a few hours they still hadn't been fed I brought them inside And put them in a box lined with a towel but now what do I do?

That's pretty irresponsible for your sister so sorry what happened to your babies. I have 0 experience with rats but I'll try and help. Try feeding them yourself and once they get back to normal weight give them to the mother If she still rejects them you'll have to care for them yourself...I'm really sorry if this isn't the best advice but hopefully I helped a little.

I fed them some homemade replacement milk last night and again this morning they are acting a bit stronger hoping they make it.

I put them back with her after i fed them to see if she would accept them.

There Is one that is much smaller and weaker that the other ones and there being eleven I don't think its getting enough food. They were all the same size until a week ago this one started falling behind.One of the normal sized ones versus the little one.

Should I keep it inside and hand feed it?
