you can give all the little chicks sugar in their water (just a pinch) and grind their crumble food up more if you like the water will help pep them up and encourage them to eat, the smaller food is easier to get in when just a few days old, after that you dont have to grind it anymore. Now both of these things are optional but do help I think.
if one of the chicks seems weaker then try a drop or 2 of the poly-vi-sol but even with everything you can still loose some, but this gives them an extra bit of help and can sometimes work.
