Help my Silkies can't see!!

Ok I finally broke down and got me some "Evil Silkies" and they are now 12 weeks old and they are having a hard time seeing where they are going, now I am enjoy the show but I don't think they are, I have heard of people trimming the eye feathers. So any info on this will be helpful, and I sure they will thank you also... then they can see to attack me

Oh yeah, we've had Haircut Day for the Silkies and the Polish. All you need is an assistant to hold the chicken and a pair of curved manicure scissors (so you don't poke 'em). My only advice is that you cut about twice as many feathers as you think you should. They are not too amenable to holding still for a second go-round.

Well if I don't get enough the first go around I just might have to sucker someone else to do round 2
