Give him a handful of spinach every other day, or veggie of your choice until his color returns. Make sure he has regular feed available too.

Should I stop giving Polyvisol as well? Or continue the treatment?

Also he hasn’t had any blood loss that I noticed…does he have to have blood loss to need iron?

If it's internal blood loss it won't be noticed. Unless it's in the gut.

Mites can suck the blood from birds.
Treat mites with either Permethrin dust, or liquid under their feathers.

I'm not sure. If he's not showing anymore infection I'd stop.

Mites will be seen under, & on the fluff of the feathers on the body of the bird.
The whole flock would have to be treated. You dust the bird in a few places under the feathers, back, back of the neck, rump, butt fluff, & under the wings.

I think 3 weeks, then a follow up treatment would be fine. But the whole coop would have to be treated.
