Help my turkey!!

Her foot is very swollen she has a black scab on it, but I have cut it open and tried removing the inside but nothing came out but blood and puss. Now about 2 weeks later it's HUGE! What do I do now? Try cutting it again?

If she were mine, I would have her stand in a tub of warm water for at least an hour. That should soften up the scab and make it easier to remove. Can you do that and post more pictures?
