Help- My Welsummer Hen has a Very Bad, Upper Beak Break, Very High up. What should I do?

Update- I had a lot of trouble trying to do the superglue tea bag bandage. It took me 45 minutes to get the tiniest tea bag bandage on the center of the break. I treated her with neospoirin all week, following the small patch job. Today, I dropped a tiny amount of super glue from a q-tip onto her beak, and it's holding her beak on. She is doing fine now.
