One of my Rhode island red hens has been limping around lately. Her right foot is swollen and two of her toes are discolored, ammost looks like some of the tissue is dead? I'm really not sure what to think of her injury, so I don't know where to start to help her. I don't see any sign of bumblefoot on the bottom of her foot. Anyone have advice? Thanks in advance!

Never seen this before but does look like an abscess, the entire mid toe seems swollen.

I would soak her foot in warm water and epson salt, see if it helps reduce the swelling. Do you have Tylan 50 or amoxicillin? Antibiotics can't hurt for a couple of days.

Is she able to flex her toes? Doesn't look like a dislocation.

Looks like she may have suffered some Frostbite a while back. The toes may eventually dry up and fall off.
The scales on the leg look bit raised and dry too.
You can give the feet a soaking in warm epsom salts to help relieve swelling, dry well.
I would work some type of oil (coconut/castor), vaseline or similar under the scales of the legs a few time a week as well.
