Help name my chicken business

I cant think of a good name for my chicken farm. Help. My real name is Annie. I am Irish. My maiden name is Patrick and we are going to change our last name to McCoy (hubby's mom's maiden name). My husband calls me Annabelle. I am getting into breeding polish and silkies and frizzles. We are all crazy in a good way and it's me my mom and my hubby, Neil and my son Memphis. We are tattoed. We are taking back the word hillbilly. I thought Dirty South didnt sound good for selling eggs. I will eventually sell eggs, birds, chicks, whathaveyou. Ideas. Help.
