Help name this little man BREED?

My 5 year daughter got this nifty little rooster in the summer....she always manages to pick boy chicks....sheesh
Anyways we suspected early on ...a boy ...then he crowed....now months later,,I still don't know what he is...
A leghorn bantam?
Coloring?
Would like some help....pls!
Whatchya think?

I think the pics are okay...
Yup his wattles are deformed I think he was pecked as a chick before I got him at 3 weeks old.
He's charming and proud but shy,little but loud.

He looks (in stature) like my black tailed jap rooster. But, I think the legs are too long for a jap. Most likely a bantam oe.

The description says the comb should be dubbed, so the one in the photo is, but yours is not. I don't know.... I'm always proven wrong on guessing breeds.
