Help need advice for aggressive cochin

Here is the new set up. I sacrificed one of my 8ft x 8ft garden beds. So now I only have one bed now. I
will have to find a new place for my garden.

Ok so I have. 5 month old cochin/golden comet cross. And she is purposely seeking out my 1 1/2 year old fravolles. She kicks her out of nesting boxes pecks at her violently. My Fravolles just crouched down and squares. I have put the cochin hen in time out for a few days. But when I put her back in she is at it again. I'm new to chickens and don't know what to do. Please help.

Might try a super soaker water gun
