Help need advice for aggressive cochin

I draw the line at blood shed. I know you said that you have removed the bully for a few days, maybe you should try it for about a week or so. I have a Cream Legbar that pecks at and pulls the feathers of one of my faverolles, but never does any damage.

The faverolles is probably lowest on the totem pole. Is this the only bullying problem you've got? If it is and you've done time out with no improvement then you've just got a mean coochin. If you removed the picked on faverolles chances are she will just start to pick on the next lowest chicken.

Cage the bully so that she loses her place in the pecking order. Put her in a dog crate or separate cage where she can see the others but not get to them. Keep her there for a few days and see if that will make her change her ways. Faverolles are very docile birds and it's usually recommended to keep them with other gentle breeds. They don't tend to do well in a mixed flock.

How many chickens do you have? How big is their coop in feet by feet? And the run? Do you have any places for the bullied one to get out of sight of the Cochin? More than one feeding and watering station?
I have 12 hens and 1 rooster. The coop is 3 feet long and 8 feet wide and 4 feet tall. The run is 8 feet wide 8 feet long and 8 feet tall. I have 3 feed and wand watering stations. And I let them run around my back yard most of the day.

My Fravolles is the only hen being bullied. None of the other chickens pick on her more does the cochin pick on any of the other hens.

So I have separated her again and going to save her in there a few days and see what happens.
