Help!!! Need instructions on introducing pullets

I just got 2 EE's that are 12 weeks and am getting 2 RIR's tomorrow that are 6 weeks. Can I coop them together? Help.....just read a post that this may not work.

The younger ones are going to get beat up.... Many times, they have to be about 12 to 15 weeks old to integrate them. If you are keeping them close in nearby pens you may be able to integrate them sooner.
