I’ve never seen a khaki or chocolate runner with an eye stripe. Rouens are usually lighter colored, check out Metzer Farm’s video with golden 300 ducklings, they are brown and dark brown (faint mallard pattern)Can you post a pic of it standing up. Also where did you get it. I ask because that can narrow down possibilities or if a cross is possible. Not a Rouen they are similar in color to mallard. Golden 300 if I'm no mistaken are white. Brown ducks include runners and khaki for starters.

Thank you for help. Have chickens and just got 3 ducklings yesterday and they had no idea breed black one.Rouen maybe?

Tried best to get picture angles. Has to stripes and bill and feet have Black and Tan markings mixed. Got it at tractor supply in NC.Can you post a pic of it standing up. Also where did you get it.
