Help needed! 6 month old pullet with sour crop.

Should I give her poultry electrolytes in water? Some people were saying no food or water, others were saying water. I have prepared poultry electrolytes in her water, what should I do?

Thank you! She doesn’t poop often but has diarrhea when she does, lethargic, she spit up a bit when I picked her up. I have been massaging her crop for 30 minutes. I will provide her with the electrolyte water. Should I take away food though?
