I know people do zoom parties...

And I think you can order gifts online that are shipped to the pregnant lady... and maybe she then opens them on the zoom party???

thanks! I want to celebrate, and don't want it to be a stop and drop for presents! And we are in cautious social distancing.

Zoom parties! There's lots of websites (or just get creative with Powerpoint) that will help her set up games - like baby themed Jeopardy! Seconding the option to ship gifts and have her open them on Zoom. A public Amazon wish list can help if there's anything she really needs; you can set any wishlist up to operate like a registry, where people can buy things and ship them directly to her house.
